No Bake OREO Cheesecake Cups

Creamy no-bake cheesecake mixed with crushed OREO cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipped topping
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 family-size package OREO cookies
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined and lump-free.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Place OREO cookies in a sealed bag and crush using a rolling pin or mallet.
  • Add a few tablespoons of crushed OREO cookies to the bottom of each serving cup.
  • Fold the remaining crushed OREO pieces into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  • Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with extra OREO crumbs, and garnish with a cookie if desired.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Use chocolate whipped topping for extra richness
