No Bake Chocolate Bliss Balls are a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup cashews unsalted
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add dates, cashews, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt to a food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and sticky.
  • Scoop out small portions and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  • Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
  • Serve immediately or chill for firmer texture. These No Bake Chocolate Bliss Balls are ready to enjoy.

  • Swap cashews with almonds or walnuts
  • Add chia seeds for extra nutrition
