Mini Cucumber Sandwiches
Mini Cucumber Sandwiches are made with rye bread, cream cheese, fresh cucumber slices, and dill.

- 12 ounces cocktail rye bread
- 8 ounces spreadable cream cheese
- 1 large cucumber
- Dried dill or fresh dill for garnish
Lay the cocktail rye bread slices on a clean work surface.
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese evenly over each slice.
Wash and dry the cucumber thoroughly.
Slice the cucumber into ΒΌ-inch thick rounds.
Place one cucumber slice on top of each bread slice.
Sprinkle lightly with dried dill or freshly chopped dill.
Arrange on a serving platter.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
