Millionaire Cheesecake Rich Caramel Dessert

Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake:
- 24 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
Caramel Sauce:
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache:
- 4 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
Add melted butter and vanilla, then mix until combined.
Press evenly into the pan and bake for 12–14 minutes. Set aside.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Lower oven to 300°F (148°C).
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour on low speed until smooth.
Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing gently.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly.
Pour batter over crust.
Bake:
Place pan in a water bath.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off oven and let sit for 30 minutes, then crack door for another 30 minutes.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for 5–6 hours or overnight.
Make Caramel Sauce:
Melt butter, add brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.
Add condensed milk and cream, bring to a boil, and cook until thickened.
Stir in vanilla and cool.
Make Ganache & Assemble:
Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit, then whisk smooth.
Spread caramel over chilled cheesecake.
Top with chocolate ganache evenly.
