  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sear shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  • Pour in the cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens.
  • Return shrimp to the pan, add pasta, and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
  • This Marry Me Shrimp Pasta delivers bold flavor and creamy texture in every bite.

Notes

Serve this pasta with a simple green salad or garlic bread. For extra richness, finish with a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
