Mac and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe
Mac and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe combines creamy macaroni with melted cheddar and turkey bacon inside crispy tortillas.

- 1 package prepared macaroni and cheese
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese about 4 ounces
- 4 ounces diced green chiles
Step 1: Prepare the Mac and Cheese
Step 2: Assemble the Quesadillas
Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar over half of each tortilla. Add about 1/4 of the prepared mac and cheese on top of the cheddar.
Scatter green chiles evenly over the mac and cheese. Finish with another 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese.
Fold each tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal.
Step 3: Cook
Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Place two folded quesadillas into the skillet (folded edges facing each other). Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove and place on a cooling rack while cooking the remaining quesadillas with the remaining butter.
