Keto Air Fryer Shrimp Recipe
Crispy keto air fryer shrimp coated in seasoned almond flour and served with homemade sugar-free sweet chili sauce.

Shrimp
- 1½ lbs uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1⅓ cups almond flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 large egg beaten
- Cooking spray
Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1½ teaspoons red pepper flakes
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tablespoons coconut aminos
- ½ cup powdered sweetener Swerve or monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Prepare the Shrimp
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper.
Beat the egg in a separate small bowl.
Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
Arrange coated shrimp on a plate while preparing the remaining shrimp.
Air Fry
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the shrimp in a single layer without overlapping. Cook in batches if needed.
Spray the tops of the shrimp lightly with cooking spray.

Reduce heat to low.
Whisk in xanthan gum until smooth and slightly thickened.
Cool before serving or store in a sealed jar.
