juicy air fryer hamburgers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning

For Serving

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Pickles
  • Cheese slices optional
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef and Montreal steak seasoning. Do not overmix.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a burger patty approximately ¾ to 1 inch thick.
  • Press a small indentation into the center of each patty using your thumb.
  • Arrange the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the Air Fryer Hamburgers for 7–8 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • For medium burgers, cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
  • Remove the burgers and let them rest for 3–5 minutes.
  • Serve on hamburger buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Swap Montreal steak seasoning with your favorite burger seasoning blend.
  • Serve with fries, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, or a fresh salad.
  • For a low-carb option, serve in lettuce wraps instead of buns.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, or avocado for extra flavor.
