Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
In a medium mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef and Montreal steak seasoning. Do not overmix.
Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a burger patty approximately ¾ to 1 inch thick.
Press a small indentation into the center of each patty using your thumb.
Arrange the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Cook the Air Fryer Hamburgers for 7–8 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through cooking.
For medium burgers, cook an additional 1–2 minutes if needed.
Remove the burgers and let them rest for 3–5 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns or lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings.
