walnut halves

honey

Instructions
Pat the shrimp completely dry using paper towels. This helps create the crispiest coating.
In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy.
Dip the shrimp into the egg whites, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
Fry the shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate.
Toast the walnut halves in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
In the same pan, combine honey, water, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt.
Simmer the sauce for 3–4 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened.
Add the crispy shrimp and toasted walnuts to the pan.
Toss gently until everything is evenly coated in the honey sauce.
Serve the Honey Walnut Shrimp immediately while hot and crispy.
