Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey mustard, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with aluminum foil.
Brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the remaining olive oil.
Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Use a brush or spoon to spread the honey mustard glaze evenly over the top of the salmon.
Bake the salmon for 8–10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Remove from the oven when the salmon is just barely cooked through. The center may still appear slightly translucent, but the residual heat will finish cooking it.
