Instructions
In a large bowl or zipper-top bag, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, cayenne pepper, and kosher salt.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
Grill the Honey Lime Chicken for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
Garnish with lime slices, scallions, fresh herbs, or sesame seeds if desired.
