Step 6: Garnish & Serve

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, and blackening seasoning if using. Set aside.Adjust oven rack to the middle position and preheat the broiler. This prevents the sauce from burning while broiling.Heat butter and olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add garlic, honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice. Cook for about 30 seconds, just until heated through and fragrant.Place salmon in the skillet, skin-side down if applicable. Cook for 3 minutes, frequently basting the salmon with the sauce using a spoon.Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil for 5–6 minutes, basting once during broiling, until the salmon is caramelized and cooked to your desired doneness.Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately. This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon pairs beautifully with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

    Notes

Honey can burn quickly under high heat, so keep a close eye while broiling.
