Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs baked in a rich sweet and savory sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour and paprika.
  • Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place in a greased or foil-lined baking dish.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, turning to coat well.
  • Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve your Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs with rice or vegetables and spoon extra sauce over the top.

Notes

You can substitute soy sauce with tamari for gluten-free needs.
