ground paprika

honey or agave nectar

low-sodium soy sauce

garlic

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour and paprika.
Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place in a greased or foil-lined baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, turning to coat well.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve your Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs with rice or vegetables and spoon extra sauce over the top.
Notes
You can substitute soy sauce with tamari for gluten-free needs.
