Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound baby carrots or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare carrots by peeling and cutting into even-sized sticks if needed.
  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place carrots on a baking sheet and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
  • Toss to coat evenly and spread in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
