Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F (fan). Line a baking tray with foil or a silicone mat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side-down on the prepared tray.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
Pour the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets. Allow some sauce to pool around the fish.
Arrange lemon slices on top of and around the salmon.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Open the oven and baste the salmon with the sauce from the tray.
Bake for another 4–7 minutes, until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F for moist, flaky results.
Serve immediately with roasted potatoes and green vegetables.
