Honey Buffalo Crockpot Meatballs

Sweet and spicy honey buffalo meatballs.

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen pre-cooked meatballs beef, turkey, or chicken
  • ½ cup hot sauce such as Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen meatballs directly to the insert of your slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, honey, brown sugar, and yellow mustard until smooth.
  • Pour the Honey Buffalo sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2½–3 hours or HIGH for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Serve Honey Buffalo Crockpot Meatballs warm with extra sauce spooned over the top.

  • Turkey or chicken meatballs are great lighter options
