High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip
A creamy High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip made with cottage cheese, lemon, and herbs.

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
Add the cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
Stir in the finely chopped fresh chives.
Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Serve the High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
