Healthy Yogurt Breakfast Parfait combines creamy Greek yogurt, juicy blueberries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup healthy cereal such as GoLean Crunch or favorite granola
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen blueberries in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat on the defrost setting (approximately power level 3) for about 3 minutes, or until the blueberries soften and release their juices.
  • Spoon a portion of the blueberries and their juice into the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.
  • Add a layer of Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a layer of granola or healthy cereal over the yogurt.
  • Drizzle with agave nectar.
  • Top with the remaining blueberries and juices.
