- 4 cups cubed watermelon flesh
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Add the cubed watermelon, lime juice, and optional honey to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl, pressing the watermelon pulp gently with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
Carefully pour the strained mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze for about 1 to 2 hours until partially frozen.
Insert popsicle sticks if your molds require separate sticks.
Continue freezing until the Watermelon Popsicles are completely solid, about 4 to 6 hours.
To remove the popsicles easily, run the molds briefly under warm water.
These homemade watermelon popsicles can easily be customized with other fruits like strawberries, mango, or pineapple. A squeeze of extra lime juice adds even more freshness and balances the sweetness beautifully.
