Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a no-bake high-protein snack made with cream cheese, protein powder, and freeze-dried strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup oat flour or finely ground oats
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pink or red sprinkles or extra crushed freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms.
  • If the mixture feels too dry, add milk one teaspoon at a time until the texture becomes easy to roll.
  • Scoop about one tablespoon of mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • If desired, roll the balls in sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for extra flavor and color.
  • Place the Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls on a lined tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
