- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Gather and measure all of your ingredients.
Add the rolled oats to a bowl or mason jar.
Pour in the almond milk.
Stir in the maca powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Taste and add a little more maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter breakfast.
Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, so the oats soften and absorb the liquid.
