Healthy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites are made with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and Oreo Thins.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces low-fat whipped topping thawed
  • 24 Oreo Thins

Instructions
 

  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
  • Place one Oreo Thin in the bottom of each liner.
  • Crush the remaining Oreo Thins and set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Continue mixing until fully combined and smooth.
  • Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies and mix evenly.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly among the prepared liners.
  • Sprinkle additional crushed Oreo crumbs on top if desired.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving.
