healthy High Protein Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey optional
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • Ice cubes as needed (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, peanut butter, and milk to a blender.
  • Blend on low speed, then gradually increase to high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and add honey if additional sweetness is desired.
  • Blend again for a few seconds to combine.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder and thicker High Protein Cottage Cheese Smoothie.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
