Healthy Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

For the Fruit Salad
- 2 mangos peeled and diced
- 1 lb fresh strawberries diced
- 1 lb fresh pineapple diced
- 12 oz blueberries
- 12 oz grapes halved
- 4 kiwis peeled and diced
- 2 bananas sliced
For the Honey Lime Dressing
- ¼ cup honey
- Zest of 2 medium limes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice, and poppy seeds until smooth and well combined.
Set the dressing aside while preparing the fruit.
Add the mangoes, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, and kiwis to a large mixing bowl.
Gently toss the fruit together until evenly distributed.
Just before serving, slice the bananas and add them to the bowl.
Pour the Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing over the fruit mixture.
Toss gently until all fruit is lightly coated.
Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and texture.
