Healthy Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad

  • 2 mangos peeled and diced
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 lb fresh pineapple diced
  • 12 oz blueberries
  • 12 oz grapes halved
  • 4 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 2 bananas sliced

For the Honey Lime Dressing

  • ¼ cup honey
  • Zest of 2 medium limes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, lime juice, and poppy seeds until smooth and well combined.
  • Set the dressing aside while preparing the fruit.
  • Add the mangoes, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, and kiwis to a large mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss the fruit together until evenly distributed.
  • Just before serving, slice the bananas and add them to the bowl.
  • Pour the Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing over the fruit mixture.
  • Toss gently until all fruit is lightly coated.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and texture.

  • The honey lime dressing can be prepared up to 2 days ahead.
  • Avoid freezing bananas if making ahead.
