Scoop level tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow the Healthy Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3–5 minutes.
Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and cool completely before serving.
