Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes are flourless and easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup optional
  • Fresh fruit optional

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Let the batter rest for 10–20 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour small portions of batter into the pan.
  • Cook until bubbles form and edges set, then flip.
  • Cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm. These Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes are delicious with maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Substitute eggs with flax eggs for a vegan version
  • Add chocolate chips or nuts for variation
  • Serve with yogurt for extra protein
