Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes are made with bananas, oats, and eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup optional
  • Fresh fruit of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Let the batter rest for 10–20 minutes to thicken.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
  • Pour small portions of batter into the pan.
  • Cook until bubbles form and edges set, then flip.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
  • These Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes are best enjoyed warm and fresh.
