Healthy Avocado Tuna Salad

A quick and healthy avocado tuna salad made with fresh avocados, tuna, lime juice, and herbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 5-oz cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp celery finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp jalapeños minced (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and sea salt until smooth but slightly chunky.
  • Add the drained tuna, chopped cilantro, red onion, celery, and jalapeños if using.
  • Gently mix everything together, breaking apart any large chunks of tuna.
  • Taste and adjust salt or jalapeños as needed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Avocado Tuna Salad.

Notes

  • Serve in lettuce wraps, sandwiches, or with crackers.
  • You can add boiled eggs for extra protein.
  • A drizzle of olive oil enhances richness if desired.
