Healthy Avocado Tuna Salad
A quick and healthy avocado tuna salad made with fresh avocados, tuna, lime juice, and herbs.

- 2 medium avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 5-oz cans tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 3 tbsp celery finely chopped
- 3 tbsp red onion minced
- 1 tbsp jalapeños minced (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt to taste
In a large bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and sea salt until smooth but slightly chunky.
Add the drained tuna, chopped cilantro, red onion, celery, and jalapeños if using.
Gently mix everything together, breaking apart any large chunks of tuna.
Taste and adjust salt or jalapeños as needed.
Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Avocado Tuna Salad.
