Ingredients

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 8 –10 slices cheddar cheese or more for extra cheesy sliders
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, and parsley until well combined.
  • Slice each Hawaiian roll vertically into thirds.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the rolls.
  • Layer cheddar cheese between the rolls, ensuring the cheese covers the bread for an even melt.
  • Arrange sliders on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and melted.
  • Serve warm with tomato soup, marinara sauce, or your favorite dip.

Notes

These sliders are best enjoyed fresh from the oven but can be reheated easily. You can also turn them into a heartier meal by serving with soup or salad.
