Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A green smoothie bowl is a thick, creamy blend of fruits and greens.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup loose baby spinach
  • 1 banana halved and divided
  • 1/2 cup protein milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt dairy-free if preferred

Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup diced mango
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen mango, spinach, half the banana, protein milk, and yogurt into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the green smoothie bowl into a serving bowl.
  • Slice the remaining banana and arrange it on top.
  • Add diced mango, strawberries, and coconut flakes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh green smoothie bowl.

Notes

  1. You can replace mango with pineapple for a tropical twist.
  2. Top with granola for extra crunch.
  3. Add a scoop of protein powder for a post-workout meal.
