Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

Greek Yogurt Parfait is a quick and healthy breakfast made with creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, plus extra for drizzling
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh berries
  • ¼ cup homemade granola or store-bought granola

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using. Stir until smooth.
  • Add half of the yogurt to the bottom of a mason jar or serving glass.
  • Top with half of the berries and half of the granola.
  • Add the remaining yogurt over the first layer.
  • Finish with the remaining berries and granola.
  • Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Greek Yogurt Parfait.

Notes

  • Maple syrup can be substituted for honey.
  • Any fresh or frozen fruit works well in this recipe.
  • For a dairy-free version, use a plant-based yogurt alternative.
