Greek Frozen Yogurt

Greek Frozen Yogurt is a quick healthy dessert made with Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt preferably full fat
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
  • 3 –4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add the Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
  • Pulse and blend until the mixture becomes thick and creamy. You may need to pause and scrape down the sides occasionally.
  • Continue blending until a smooth Greek Frozen Yogurt texture forms. This may take a few minutes depending on your processor.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  • For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze for about 30 minutes before serving

Notes

You can experiment with different fruit combinations such as mango and pineapple or mixed berries.
