- 1 pound chicken breasts 4 small fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Step 1: Marinate
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
