Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon

  • Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  • Season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Make the Glaze

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
  • Reserve 2 tablespoons of the glaze for brushing during cooking.

Marinate

  • Add the salmon cubes to the remaining glaze.
  • Toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Marinate for 20 minutes.

Air Fry

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Open the basket and brush the reserved glaze over the salmon bites.
  • Continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Check for Doneness

  • The salmon should reach an internal temperature of 125–130°F (52–54°C) for tender, juicy results.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
