- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
Make the Glaze
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the glaze for brushing during cooking.
Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
Arrange the marinated salmon bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Open the basket and brush the reserved glaze over the salmon bites.
Continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Check for Doneness
The salmon should reach an internal temperature of 125–130°F (52–54°C) for tender, juicy results.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
