Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Shape into 1 1/4-inch meatballs using a cookie scoop for even sizing.
  • Place meatballs evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake Garlic Parmesan Turkey Meatballs for 25–30 minutes, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve warm with pasta, marinara sauce, or as a protein-packed appetizer.

Notes

  • Serve over spaghetti with marinara sauce for a classic meal.
