Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not overmix.
Shape into 1 1/4-inch meatballs using a cookie scoop for even sizing.
Place meatballs evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake Garlic Parmesan Turkey Meatballs for 25–30 minutes, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve warm with pasta, marinara sauce, or as a protein-packed appetizer.
