- Granulated sugar
- Instant dry yeast
- Salt
- Dried basil
- Dried oregano
- Dried rosemary
- Fresh garlic minced
- All-purpose flour
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter melted (for topping)
Prepare the Yeast Mixture
Combine the Ingredients
Add salt, minced garlic, basil, oregano, and rosemary to the yeast mixture. Stir well. Mix in two cups of flour and the grated parmesan cheese until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 8–10 minutes, adding small amounts of flour as needed, until the dough becomes smooth, elastic, and soft.
This dough can be shaped into rolls or one large loaf if preferred. Adjust baking time accordingly.
