Garlic Parmesan Herb Bread

Instructions
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
In a bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, parsley, rosemary, thyme, and Italian seasoning.
Punch down dough and roll into a 12×18-inch rectangle.
Spread garlic Parmesan herb mixture evenly over dough.
Roll into a tight log, seal edges, and shape into a spiral.
Place in a greased 9-inch pan, cover, and rise 30–45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush dough with melted butter and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Notes
Dried herbs may be used if fresh are unavailable
