In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
In a separate cup, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit briefly.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from fridge and transfer dough to an oiled 8-inch pan.
Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and press dimples using your fingers.
Mix garlic, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle evenly over the dough along with flaked sea salt.
Bake Garlic Parmesan Focaccia Bread at 425°F (220°C) for 22–24 minutes until golden brown.
