Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
Drain most of the excess grease, leaving a small amount for flavor.
Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs completely.
Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
