Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are flaky biscuit bites stuffed with juicy seasoned beef and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  • Drain most of the excess grease, leaving a small amount for flavor.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  • Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly and place about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center.
  • Fold the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs completely.
  • Arrange the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Ground turkey can be substituted for beef.
  • Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli.
  • Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
