Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 1 1/4 pounds steak sirloin, ribeye, strip, or tri-tip
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the steak into 1 1/2-inch bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
  • Add 1 tablespoon butter and allow it to melt and slightly brown.
  • Add steak bites in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
  • Sear for 2–3 minutes without stirring to develop a crust.
  • Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until desired doneness.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic, stirring to coat the steak.
  • Cook for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve your Garlic Butter Steak Bites immediately.

Notes

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
