Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cubed chicken.
Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Reduce heat to low.
Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently.
Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
Return the garlic butter chicken to the skillet.
Toss gently or serve the chicken on top of the pasta.
