Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 tablespoons butter divided
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cubed chicken.
  • Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic.
  • Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
  • Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
  • If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  • Return the garlic butter chicken to the skillet.
  • Toss gently or serve the chicken on top of the pasta.
  • Garnish the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs can be substituted for chicken breasts.
  • Fresh basil can replace parsley for a different flavor profile.
  • Add mushrooms for extra richness.
