Garlic Butter Air Fryer Salmon

Garlic Butter Air Fryer Salmon is a quick seafood recipe with garlic butter, herbs, and lemon.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chili flakes, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon flesh-side down on a piece of parchment paper and brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the fish.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook at 200°C (390°F) for about 5 minutes until the skin becomes slightly crisp.
  • Carefully turn the salmon over and remove the parchment paper.
  • Brush the remaining garlic butter over the salmon and return it to the air fryer.
  • Cook for another 3–5 minutes or until the salmon reaches your preferred doneness. This step finishes the delicious garlic butter air fryer salmon.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

Serve garlic butter salmon with roasted vegetables, rice, quinoa, or a fresh green salad. You can also add asparagus or broccoli to the air fryer during the final few minutes for a complete meal.
