- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
Add the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar to a medium bowl. Stir until the strawberries are evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow the strawberries to release their natural juices.
Divide half of the strawberries between two clear serving glasses.
Spoon half of the Greek yogurt over the strawberries.
Add half of the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle half of the granola over the fruit.
Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries, Greek yogurt, blueberries, and granola to complete the Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits.
