Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries diced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola

Instructions

  • Line a quarter sheet pan or small rimmed baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • Pour the vanilla yogurt onto the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
  • Evenly sprinkle the diced strawberries, blueberries, and granola over the yogurt.
  • Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they stay in place after freezing.
  • Freeze for about 3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
  • Remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
  • Break or cut the Frozen Yogurt Bark into 12–15 pieces.
  • Serve immediately or store the pieces in the freezer for later.

Notes

  • Honey or maple syrup can be added if using plain yogurt.
  • Choose your favorite granola for extra crunch.
  • Fresh fruit provides the best texture, but frozen berries can also be used if thawed and well-drained.
  • Serve straight from the freezer for the best consistency.
  • Kids love helping decorate the yogurt with colorful toppings.
