  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced

Chocolate Drizzle

  • 3 tablespoons Lily's chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sweetener, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the diced strawberries into the cheesecake mixture until evenly distributed.
  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • Scoop small mounds of the cheesecake mixture onto the prepared tray using a cookie scoop or spoon.
  • Freeze for about 2–3 hours, or until the Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake Bites with Chocolate are completely firm.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 20 to 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is smooth.

  • Return the bites to the freezer for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
