Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of sea salt
  • Mini chocolate chips optional
  • Melted dark chocolate optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or freezer-safe tray with parchment paper.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir thoroughly until smooth, creamy, and evenly combined.
  • Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray, leaving a little space between each one.
  • Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or drizzle with melted dark chocolate, if desired.
  • Freeze the Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight freezer-safe container and keep frozen until ready to enjoy.
  • For a slightly softer, creamier texture, allow a bite to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.

Notes

Maple syrup can replace honey in the same amount. Almond butter or cashew butter can also replace peanut butter for a different flavor.
