Instructions
Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and ensure it fits in your freezer.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until completely smooth.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins until evenly distributed.
Scoop 1–1½ tablespoon portions onto the lined tray, spacing them slightly apart. Smooth tops if desired.
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until fully firm.
Transfer frozen bites to a freezer-safe container, layering parchment between stacks if needed.
Enjoy straight from the freezer, letting them sit at room temperature for 30 seconds before eating.
