Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Optional Add-ins

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and ensure it fits in your freezer.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until completely smooth.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop 1–1½ tablespoon portions onto the lined tray, spacing them slightly apart. Smooth tops if desired.
  • Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until fully firm.
  • Transfer frozen bites to a freezer-safe container, layering parchment between stacks if needed.
  • Enjoy straight from the freezer, letting them sit at room temperature for 30 seconds before eating.
