Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should have about 10 clusters.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1–2 hours, or until the clusters are completely solid.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl using 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Remove the frozen clusters and dip each one into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat evenly.
  • Return the coated clusters to the baking sheet and freeze for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy your Frozen Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters straight from the freezer.

Notes

  • Maple syrup can replace honey if desired
  • Dark chocolate works well for a richer taste
  • Serve directly from the freezer for best texture
