In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and remaining coconut oil.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Remove the strawberries from the freezer.
Dip each white chocolate-coated strawberry into the dark chocolate until fully covered.
Return the strawberries to the baking sheet.
Freeze for another 15 minutes or until completely set.
Transfer the Frozen Chocolate Covered Strawberries to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
