Base Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 5 oz Greek yogurt flavor varies by variation

Key Lime with Chocolate Graham Cracker

  • 5 oz Greek key lime yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate graham cracker cookies crushed

Coconut with Walnuts

  • 5 oz Greek coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons walnut pieces

Raspberry with Chia Seeds

  • 5 oz Greek raspberry yogurt
  • 1 –2 tablespoons chia seeds

Vanilla with Bran Flakes

  • 5 oz Greek vanilla bean yogurt
  • 1/4 cup bran flakes crushed

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a tray or plate by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Slice the banana into ½-inch rounds.
  • Open the yogurt container and place a few banana slices inside.
  • Using a fork, gently coat the banana slices with yogurt.
  • Lift the coated bananas out of the yogurt and place them on the parchment-lined tray.
  • Sprinkle the desired toppings over the yogurt-coated banana slices depending on the flavor variation.
  • Cover the tray with plastic wrap.
  • Freeze the Frozen Banana Bites for about 24 hours, or until fully frozen.
  • Once frozen, remove from the tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Flavor Variations

  • Key Lime with Chocolate Graham Cracker
  • Crush the chocolate graham crackers in a sealed plastic bag and sprinkle the crumbs over the yogurt-covered banana slices.

Coconut with Walnuts

  • Sprinkle shredded coconut and small walnut pieces over the banana slices.

Raspberry with Chia Seeds

  • Sprinkle chia seeds evenly across the yogurt-coated bananas.

Vanilla with Bran Flakes

  • Crush bran flakes in a plastic bag and sprinkle over the banana bites.
